We are pleased to announce Shirlene Everett as Alvita Care’s Caregiver of the Month for January 2025! 

Shirlene, who was nominated by coworkers, has been a valued member of the Alvita Care team since March 2019 and brings a wealth of experience, patience and compassionate care to our clients. Currently, Shirlene is working on multiple cases and always brings a smile and unwavering patience. Shirlene is a pro at anticipating what might happen and does everything she can to prevent stressful situations before they occur.  She truly cares for her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy, safe, and comfortable.

When Shirlene is not working, she loves spending time with her family. Shirlene has many siblings and a very diverse family dynamic which she says led to her ability to adjust

to different situations and personalities.  She learned to make the most of limited resources and be creative in problem solving.

Shirlene loves to spend her free time relaxing and watching classic movies.  For her, watching old movies holds a sentimental value.  They evoke memories of childhood, simpler times, and watching them with loved ones.
