We have the highest standards. We subject all prospective caregivers to a rigorous screening process we only offer employment to experienced applicants who meet those standards. Our employees are not only skilled and capable professionals, but also compassionate individuals who want to make a positive difference.
Each Alvita Care caregiver is covered by general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. All of our caregivers must also successfully pass extensive background and reference checks. We hire only a small percentage of applicants. Once you meet members of our caregiving staff, you’ll understand why.
A Thoughtful Matching Process
Most agencies don’t try to match their caregivers’ personalities to their clients. Instead, they send the next available employee, as if home-health aides were no different than taxis. We don’t. We believe that our clients should have a say in who provides their care.
Our individualized in-home assessment allows us to find you a caregiver who is suited to your unique personality and needs. We usually get it right the first time, but because we diligently monitor our progress we are ready to make adjustments as soon as they are needed.
If for any reason, or at any time, you or your loved one are not satisfied with the caregiver we have assigned, we will happily make all necessary changes.
