Before entering home care, Jonathan’s career took him across industries and continents. From professional football in England to leadership roles at Ted Baker across the UK, China, and the United States, his path was shaped by teamwork and responsibility. Reflecting on that journey, he shares, “I realized early on that every role I took taught me how to lead people, listen closely, and show up when it matters most.”

Having grown up playing team sports, collaboration and shared purpose remain at the heart of how he works.
